DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

  • If you choose to incorporate ball control into your development program, we sharpen your close control until the ball is glued to your feet. High-intensity drills in tight spaces, first-touch mastery, and game-realistic pressure ensure you dominate the ball in any situation.

  • If you choose to incorporate defending into your development program, you can expect high-intensity 1v1 drills, focused work on body positioning and spatial awareness, as well as repetitive clearance exercises and interception games. These activities are designed to replicate real in-game situations and demands.

  • If you choose to incorporate finishing into your development program, we turn you into a cold-blooded finisher. We focus on finding the corners, mastering your positioning on the pitch, and sharpening your finishing technique. Sessions are packed with first-time finishes, aerial chances, and high-pressure, game-realistic scenarios. Every rep is designed to make sure when that moment comes in a match… you don’t miss. 💥⚽

  • If you wish to incorporate passing into your development program, no problem. While we can’t turn you into Kevin De Bruyne or Stevie G overnight, we push your passing to elite levels through high-intensity drills focused on short and long-range distribution. Sessions sharpen low-driven passes, visionary through balls, quick sharp combinations, and first-time passing under pressure.

  • If you choose to incorporate positioning into your program, we break down exactly where you should be on the pitch in various phases of play. Through detailed video analysis, we sharpen your spatial awareness so when that crucial moment comes in your next match, you’re already in the right place.

Programs Creation

We take the information and create a bespoke training program dedicated to your improvement with options of strength and conditioning plans.

Assessment Day

First training sessions are always FREE of charge. On an assessment day you’ll jump into our training sessions so our coaches can analyse your capability.

Continuous Work

Once any amendments required have been carried out we can officially get to work and start putting sweat and blood on the pitch to become great.
